By using Quick Tatkal, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Quick Tatkal is an independent automation and autofill assistance tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, authorized by, or connected with IRCTC in any way.
  2. The app does not sell railway tickets directly. All bookings are completed through official IRCTC platforms.
  3. Users are responsible for ensuring that all details entered in the app are accurate, including journey, passenger, IRCTC account and payment details.
  4. Quick Tatkal does not guarantee confirmed tickets. Ticket confirmation depends on seat availability, booking timing, IRCTC server response, payment status and applicable railway rules.
  5. Users must comply with all applicable IRCTC rules, railway rules, payment provider rules and Indian laws while using the app.
  6. Some automation features may require device permissions such as Accessibility Service or notification access. These permissions are used only to assist the user with supported automation flows.
  7. Quick Tatkal may update, modify, pause or remove features at any time due to technical changes, policy changes, platform restrictions or service improvements.
  8. The app should not be used for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent or unauthorized activities.
  9. We are not responsible for failures caused by IRCTC server issues, network issues, payment gateway downtime, incorrect user details, device limitations, third-party app changes or government/platform restrictions.
  10. Continued use of the app means you accept the latest version of these terms.
