Refund Policy

Please read this refund policy carefully before purchasing any Quick Tatkal pack or subscription.

  1. Quick Tatkal provides digital services and automation features. Once a pack/subscription is purchased and activated, refunds may not be provided unless required by applicable law or platform policy.
  2. Purchasing a pack does not guarantee confirmed railway tickets. Ticket success depends on IRCTC availability, server response, payment gateway performance, user network and other external factors.
  3. No refund will be issued for failures caused by IRCTC server load, payment gateway delay, wrong details entered by the user, network issues, device issues, or changes in third-party platforms.
  4. If payment is deducted but the pack is not activated, users should contact support with the payment receipt, order ID, registered mobile/email and app profile screenshot for verification.
  5. If a booking payment is deducted on IRCTC but ticket is not booked, the refund process is handled by IRCTC or the respective payment provider as per their rules.
  6. For Google Play purchases, users may also be subject to Google Play refund and subscription policies.
  7. Subscription cancellation, if applicable, stops future renewal charges but does not automatically refund already-used or activated validity.
  8. Subscription Upgrades: If a user purchases a smaller subscription first and then purchases a higher subscription within 48 hours, the amount of the lower subscription can be refunded if requested. You can request a refund by mailing us at support@afrestudios.com.
  9. Quick Tatkal reserves the right to review exceptional cases and provide support, validity correction or other resolution at its discretion.
